| X5660 To SFT{Mr Swift}/Mr. Brock. EFC6/T1.9.26. 20 HP. PRODUCTION DYNAMO No.1863. We have duly inspected and tested this machine. Electrically, we find that it passes the production test though only just on the cutting in, whereas generally we have some margin here. As regards the constructional errors we find that the main negative brush is not quite radial in consequence of which the angle between the main brushes is not exactly 90°; actually 2° (nearly) more. Correction of this may improve the cutting in point. In other respects the machine is quite O.K. We return it herewith. EFC. | ||
