RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} from Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst. x6119 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst.1/AD3.1.33. RE : PEREGRINE DISTRIBUTORS FOR BENSPORT ENGINES With further reference to our Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst.2/KT29.10.32 E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} has produced a scheme shewing the Peregrine distributor fitted to the Bensport engine LeC.3267. This is now being detailed in By's drawing office. We wish to adapt this scheme to engines Nos. C9 and C.13, the latter being the engine to be fitted to the Bensport chassis, but as the direction of rotation will be different E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} is arranging for a new cam to be drawn out for the reversed rotation and the automatic advance to be reversed in its action. Mr.Elliott is following this job through for us in By's dept. and we should be glad if you will arrange for the fitting of these new distributors and governors to C.9 and C.13 as soon as the new drawings are available.
