E.R. Hall, Esq.,
53, Berkeley Court,
LONDON, N.W.1.

Dear Hall,

Here is a suggestion as to what you might write to the R.A.C. concerning their T.T. Regulations.

Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} will be seeing Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} to-morrow, Tuesday, and I have asked him to give you a ring at the conclusion of his talk to Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} I should not write to the R.A.C. until you have heard from him.

I am returning the Le Mans and T.T. Regulations to you.

Yours sincerely,
