January 1938. that they see no reason why a resistance (between the last stops of the rheostat) should be left in circuit with motor running at full speed (this is a Rolls-Royce heater switch). They have corrected one installation accordingly and it is now functioning satisfactorily. Will you please let us have your comments on this subject. The heater which we are returning (complete with switch) is suffering from these troubles, so we thought it might be of interest to you.
