Br.{T. E. Bellringer - Repair Manager} From Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst. 76092. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst.9/MA.7.2.35. Re. VOLTAGE REGULATORS. Regarding the new voltage regulator which Mr.Kemp took away from the Works for the 40/50 chassis we feel that this will put the matter right as the old regulator was definitely faulty and the new one was tested OK before Kemp took it. There are several points about the regulated system which are entirely different to the old third brush dynamo system and if you consider it necessary we could arrange to visit this particular customer to explain matters etc. Will you therefore indicate what day next week would be convenient for either myself or my assistant Mr.Pignatt to visit you for this purpose.
