We have received C.s. consent to get a body for this chassis from Park Ward & Co. Our designs will not be ready for a week or so, but we hope to get final chassis dimensions from E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} during that period. What we would like you to tell us is when you will be actually ready for the body - i.e. the latest date. We have got P.W. full up with Show & Demonstration Bentleys, as well as stock bodies, & time is very, very short on that job. We are going to ask them to say what is the earliest that they can produce this. special body for J3.P2. without delaying any of the work in hand. There are very definite reasons why we cannot go elsewhere. | ||
