X7230 BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} from DA.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} c. to Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}2/M17. 4. 29. 'SS{S. Smith}' CUTOUT CONTROL. X7230 +7490 We have despatched to you N.sch. 2878 shewing the revised cutout control to suit the 3" cross member with straight edns. This letter is in confirmation. We have slightly modified the position of the silencer, increasing the slope, which modifies the front support. This intermediate lever is used on both right and left hand chassis, and covers your enquiry with reference to this point, the difference being in the length of the shaft. The heat shield is in a slightly lower position than previously. DA.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} | ||
