HS.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} FROM DA.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} ORIGINAL X4038 DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}3/M27.10.27. HOBSON'S K.S. PETROL GAUGE. X4038 We are putting this on EAC. 14. We wonder whether the vent pipe which they say is there merely as a precaution is necessary in our case, because our tank is so very well ventilated. Would you like to test a gauge with this vent stopped up. It is obvious that if we could avoid it it would save us a rather ugly and clumsy pipe running across outside the tank.
