Attention : W.A. Rowbotham, Esq.
We hasten to reply to your letter of the 24th instant, received here today, and note the difficulties with starting and misfiring you are experiencing with the plugs fitted as standard in your engines.
We are arranging for our Technical Engineer, Mr. H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} W. Irving, to call at your Works on Monday next, the 4th March, when we trust it will be convenient for you to grant him an interview. In the meantime we are telephoning you tomorrow in case the matter is urgent.
