PHANTOM II FOR PRINCE OF WALES.

With reference to your Da {Bernard Day - Chassis Design} /Ev {Ivan Evernden - coachwork} 10/M15.11.29 we note that you propose to carry two spare wheels behind the rear cross tube on this car. We know of no technical objections to this but hope that it will not become a fashionable type of owner driver car.

We think that 18-EX is preferable for fast cornering.
