Wind Tone Horns - 20/25 and Bentley.
Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}12/KW7.10.35.

In Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}'s absence in Paris I am replying to your memo.

You are under a misapprehension in including Bentley so soon as being equipped with these new horns. We are certainly trying to get them on the Bentley soon, but are awaiting the design of a suitable bracket by the Works. Therefore, they will not be on the Bentley cars at Olympia.

It is a fact, however, that we want them on the 20/25's, in fact we have gone so far as to include in new illustrations in our 20/25 catalogue which is now being re-printed showing these horns on all cars.

Surely if this kind of horn has already been accepted as the standard for the P.III it will at least be as satisfactory on the 20/25 as we expect it to be on the P.III, in fact owing to the performance of the 20/25 being considerably below that of the Phantom III presumably it should stand up even better.
