X4107 BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} Wd.{Mr Wood/Mr Whitehead} Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} --- BY7/H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} 6. 3. 25. -------------- The Experimental Dept. are putting six wheels at our disposal at once, in accordance with my memo BY5/H.3.3.25. I have instructed them to send three into the Stores. Wd.{Mr Wood/Mr Whitehead} will arrange to have these despatched at once to the Dunlop Company and treated by their new schemes, and returned with the least possible delay. The remaining three wheels will be sent by the Experimental Dept. to Sft.{Mr Swift} to be enamelled in precisely the same way as he enamelled the sample wheels sent to the Dunlop Company. The wheels done by R.R. will not carry the Dunlop Transfer, to distinguish them from those treated by the Dunlop Company. This matter is most urgent and should be dealt with at once. BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} | ||
