FOR THE ATTENTION OF H.E.WEST ESQ.

Gentlemen,

About a month ago Technical Improvements Limited telephoned us to order a quantity of 24 type M.X.5/2 terminals which they presumably required to complete the Ignition Harness they are developing for you.

You will, we think, recall that the Writer telephoned you to obtain your agreement that we should supply these parts to this firm and you suggested that we fulfilled their order after we had satisfied all your requirements and you also suggested that we should invoice these parts to Technical Improvements Limited direct because they in turn would be charging you for them.

Subsequently, we had telephoned instructions from your Company to supply 14 type M.X.5/2 to Technical Improvements Limited which were, presumably, to be charged to you, but we have never had any confirmation on this point.

We shall, therefore, be very glad if you will advise us in what way the supply of these M.X.5/2's should be arranged and, furthermore, whether we are to give the order any priority in view of the fact that we have committed ourselves to give you a regular weekly delivery for the next two or three months which at this moment is absorbing our total output of M.X.5/2.

Yours faithfully,
p.p. K.L.G. SPARKING PLUGS LIMITED.

Assistant Aviation Manager.
