For the attention of Mr. F.Ll. Smith.

Dear Sirs,

We thank you for your letter of the 19th instant and note that you are suffering from overrun noise in the rear axle at certain speeds on your 25/30-HP car, and furthermore that you have tried yellow and red damper springs without noticing any difference.

We would like to have a chat with you on this matter, and with this object in view will arrange to visit your Works in the near future when we trust you will have available typical cars suffering from this particular trouble.

Yours faithfully,
BORG & BECK COMPANY LIMITED.
