We have to acknowledge receipt of your letter of the 22nd inst, and note your remarks relative to the Friction Facing Rivet Heads not being sufficiently countersunk, and that you are arranging to return under separate cover a 10" Driven Plate, typically representative of your complaint. We shall be pleased to examine this immediately upon receipt.

When visiting your Works in the near future, as referred to in our letter of the 23rd inst, will discuss this matter in greater detail. Regretting any inconvenience that this may have caused, we are,
