Dear Sirs, Your communication of the 24th, reference as above, on the subject of Aerolite Pistons, has been held over for the writer's attention, and we have been going into the range of pistons available in the light of such information as is provided by your connecting rod drawing. We are extremely anxious that you should try Aerolite Pistons in this engine, and we are also desirous of ensuring that you should obtain the good results that have been obtained elsewhere. Before proceeding, therefore, we should like to have certain further information, and the writer would like to discuss the matter with you personally, and would be available to travel to Derby for this purpose after Wednesday of this week. We propose therefore, to telephone you to-morrow morning after you have received this communication, in the hope that you will have found it possible to reserve the afternoon of either Thursday or Friday.
