x7961 To Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} From Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}8/MJ.9.10.34. MR. FAIREY'S CAR. B.157-AE. We have arranged for this car to be at Lillie Hall at 9 a.m. on Wednesday the 10th.inst. As we pointed out on the telephone we have been unable to make any fundamental change in the chassis to overcome the two complaints. By adjusting the torque reaction dampers and increasing the load on the front shock absorbers we have reduced the wing movement slightly however. By adjustment to the brakes we have also made it almost impossible for front axle tramp to occur. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} | ||
