x7961 S/W (D/DP) C. to Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} " " Lillie Hall Asyl/DES.8.10.34. B-157-AE. C.R. Fairey, Esq. We confirm our telephone conversation of this morning when we informed you that Messrs. Park Ward & Co. are in urgent need of the front offside seat of the above car so that they may make it suitable for fitting to the new car - chassis B-11-BN{W.O. Bentley / Mr Barrington} - they have in hand to our instructions for Mr. Fairey. We agree that the most expeditious way of sending the seat would be for it to be sent on one of the chassis which are to-day leaving for Lillie Hall. Upon arrival of the chassis in question Lillie Hall could remove the seat and deliver it at once to Messrs. Park Ward & Co's Works. At our request Messrs. Park Ward & Co. have put in hand for B-157-AE a temporary seat which they tell us they will dispatch direct to you to-morrow. We await advice on the 3 o'clock call this afternoon of the actual number of the chassis on which the seat is being dispatched so that we may then advise Lillie Hall accordingly.
