Standard Battery ignition with additional standard ballast in series.
Performance on standard leaky gap.

Make Ratio: .5
Supply Volts: 12

The maximum speed of the distributor to allow regular sparking on the annular gap, under the above conditions, was observed to be 600 rpm.
As in WB{Mr Brazier/Mr Bell}17, this could only be obtained with the direction of the primary current reversed. With normal polarity regular sparking could not be obtained.
