We are in receipt of an invoice from Vauxhall Motors Ltd. charging £3.4s.9d. for the rectification of one Rear Axle delivered by you on 12th December. As we have no record of this axle being sent to Vauxhall Motors we shall be pleased if you will give Mt. instructions for an advice note to be issued and also at the same time we shall be pleased to have your confirmation of the charge made, and if it is in order, will you please instruct Roy{Sir Henry Royce} to issue a covering order.
