Dear Sirs,

With further reference to your letter of the 24th inst., we beg to advise you that the 4 Lodge Model "SM" plugs you advise as being returned have not yet arrived. We are anxious to examine these plugs at once in conjunction with your report, and we should be very much obliged if you would make quite certain that they have been despatched.
