We should like to try the EAC.II engine again when you
have rendered it as far as possible exactly similar to the
proposed standard EAC.II engine, for instance, when you have
lowered the compression, altered the connecting rods, silenced
the exhaust, altered the opening of the throttle at about 10
miles an hour, the thermostatic control of the water circulation
through the radiator, etc. When do you expect to be able
to submit to us such an engine?
