Request for blueprints and parts to experimentally fit a hydraulic steering damper to a Phantom chassis.

PHANTOM CHASSIS.

HYDRAULIC STEERING DAMPER SEC:7161.

IN ACCORDANCE WITH "N" SCHEME 2356.

Please receive two blue prints of each of the following:-

F.76648 Piston for Steering Damper. 1 off per chassis.
F.76649 Main Cylinder for Steering Damper. 1 off per chassis.

Kindly instruct for each of the above to be produced and fitted experimentally, noting that they are to provide a bye-pass for the Oil in order to cut out the Damper on extreme locks to facilitate shunting.

The following will also be required, of which you already have blue prints.-

F.75280 Plug for Piston. 2 off per chassis.

This completes the issue of special parts required in accordance with the above "N" Scheme, the remaining parts being in accordance with L.O.P. and Arrgt. F.76242.
