RECEIVED
X.4265 RE "GOSHANK II" SIDE STEERING TUBE.
We send herewith a print of "N" Scheme 754 showing the Side Steering Tube and Wheel Lock to suit the longer steering lever, new position of Steering Gear Box, and modified Frame. It will be seen that in order to bring the steering ball nearer the centre of the car without carrying the whole Box more than ¾" inwards, it appears to be necessary to set the Pendulum Lever. We shall, however, work on this in connection with the enlarged steering gear box which we are now scheming, and a way may appear of avoiding this set.
