SpectreCodename for Phantom III Gearbox - 4.HS.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} Oil Drag Tests. The attached results (request Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls}10/KW. 2.5.35) are submitted pending the return of the modified box, when tests 1 & 2 will be repeated at the correct temperature 40°C., and also at 20°C. for comparison with the attached. In test 4, although the tests were taken as rapidly as possible, a temperature rise was obtained. The temperature before and after test are therefore given, the box being cooled down after each run. These results were critically affected by temperature, a test run between 22 and 25°C. at 730 r.p.m. registered only 15 lb.ft. torque. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/W.Bell: W Bell | ||
