Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} E.11/HP.20.8.36 re Oil Temperature on Bentley. There seems to be a certain amount of feeling that the oil temperature gets very high on the Bentley under certain conditions and results in very low pressures. I should like to know what your views are on this bearing in mind that we are increasing the size of the pump as on 6-B-1V, but it might be a good scheme to try some oil cooling ribs on the sump.
