DUNLOP SUPER DOUBLE LIFT JACK NO. 10. Origin. A modification of the present Dunlop Super Double Lift jack, embodying improvements to parts which were unreliable. The general design is unaltered. Experimental Test Report. This jack has been utilised to lift the whole of the front of a P.II car throughout its range of lift 25 times. Also to lift one side of the front from a flat tyre level to inflated tyre level 25 times. After these tests the jack was in excellent condition. Road Test Report. The Dunlop Jack for balloon tyres - a sample seen in Derby had a very short bearing for the overhung bevel pinion, which bearing looked as if it would soon wear. We suggest bearing 50% longer. AE.
