X5250 With reference to your query - why vertical shutters are not fitted to the 20 HP. cars now being delivered. The position briefly is :- The standardisation sheet was issued 23.5.27 - BJ's signature was obtained 1.9.27. There was a certain amount of delay on the question of costs and position of shutter controls. The Works have been prepared to bring these shutters in at an early date, but there was an express wish from Sales that they should not be introduced until after August.
