Can the question now be considered as to whethe r we should make a further quantity for distribution to Depots to enable them to deal with cases of complaint which come to their notice. I consider that where customers once complain of steering wobble, the improvement which we may be able to effect without fitting this friction device will not be sufficient to overcome the complaint once it has been made.
