Mr. Sparrow With reference to Sr/VA3/MP.21.4.39, Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} considers that it will be advisable to fit a high speed Fan to this car before it goes to America. We understand, however, that you have no high speed fans available, as those manufactured have all been used up. We think that, as this question will arise again during the summer, it will be advisable to order up say, 3 more high speed Fans for use in Complaint cases. If one is not available in time for fitting to this car before it leaves for America, it cannot be helped, and it is unlikely that the owner will run into any serious overheating trouble unless he does a lot of traffic work in New York.
