To Officials, superintendents, foremen and all men concerned.

All men who were born between July 1st 1900 and December 31st 1900 both dates inclusive will register under the NATIONAL SERVICE (ARMED FORCES) ACT., on Saturday - 21st June 1941.

The registration will take place in "C" Division Conference Room between 9.15 a.m. and 12 noon.

Will foremen and superintendents please make quite sure that, for each man of the above age in his department, a form is completed and delivered to Miss Summerfield not later than Wednesday 18th June, in order that an official certificate can be made out for each man to present to the registration officer.

If it will be more convenient for any of the men concerned to register at their local Labour Exchange on Saturday afternoon, they may do so, on condition that the place of registration is written on the back of the form signed by the foreman. This procedure also applies to outlying stations.

For men who will on holiday commencing Saturday 14th June.

Will these men please attend at Miss Summerfield's office on Monday morning 23rd June bringing with them a form signed by their foreman or superintendent. An official certificate will then be typed and each man will have to attend at the Local Labour Exchange to register.

It is essential that the above instructions are carried out.
