PETROL RATIONING

The total mileage covered by me on Company's business during May was 860.

The 12 coupons received from you allowed a mileage of 324 at 27 m.p.g. The other 536 miles were done on the 16 gallon coupons received from Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls} for travelling between home and works and my private basic allowance.

I will let you have a monthly record of my mileage to account for the coupons received.
