PHANTOM STEERING.

Miss Elias rang up for BJ. to say that

With reference to my memo SY4/H.18.11.26. on Phantom steering, he is in agreement with the proposed changes being brought in on C.2. providing:-

a/- that R.{Sir Henry Royce} agrees.

b/- that I take full responsibility for the modifications overcoming the troubles.

The message went on to ask whether the modification had been run on 12-EX in France, if so, has it been run on other cars, and if so, which, when and where.
