| COPY OF A LETTER RECEIVED FROM LOCKHEED'S. PS/FGP/HMR. 16th. September. 1940. Messrs Rolls Royce Ltd., DERBY. For the attention of Mr. W.A.Robotham. Dear Sirs, In reply to your two letters of the 13th. September, I am returning herewith, the pass to the Rolls Royce works, as requested. We agree that it will be necessary to modify the distance from the Carrier Plate to the Shoe Operating Plunger centre line to suit the Myth brake, and we also agree with your summary of the discussion which took place.
