RM{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/RC{R. Childs} has confirmed that higher
voltage can be "on tap" on the test car, but we
consider that Point (1) should be settled first.

If the above point could be settled,
we would be able to ascertain the degrees of
improvement in fuel economy to be obtained from
increased voltage. etc.,
