Amongst other property damaged at Lillie Hall when it was recently bombed, was an experimental body which you obtained from Vanvooren some time just before the War for fitting to an experimental B.V. chassis.

This body shell represents nothing but scrap, but we have to include it in the claim which we are making under our War Risk Insurance Policy.

Since we have no information regarding the purchase of this body, could you kindly let us know the sum paid to Vanvooren for it, together with any other incidental charges, such as, cost of transport, etc.

As we are being urged to provide this information quickly, would you be good enough to let us hear from you in the course of the next few days.
