In the case of Frame No.B-V-17, the gearbox here was removed from the car of Capt. Barnato., who complained of excessive rattle on overdrive. We used the gearbox from Frame B-V-17 and found a slight improvement on the changeover, and Capt. Barnato has not commented since. You will see from the above we have 4 gearboxes substantially complete, and 13 axles which appear to be complete as far as external examination discloses.
