Replying to BJ30/D23.3.26. We are arranging to send a covered Phantom car to London at the end of next week for PN.{Mr Northey} to try the new lightened axle and hydraulic dampers.
At the same time we will arrange that this car is fitted up in the best manner we know to avoid - irregularity of the throttle setting, irregular running at slow speed, and popping in the exhaust.
