PHANTOM III STANDARDISATION OF PARTS. PRODUCTION POSITION AND COMMENTS. There are 55 carburettors assembled at Zenith Co. and the total cost of fitting new jets and modified springs to these will be £5.2.0d. This figure also covers 52 surplus jets at 3d. each which will be rendered scrap. In addition it will be necessary to return 74 carburettors already delivered for conversion at 2/- each (including postage) hence the total cost for converting the 129 carburettors will be £12.10.0d. It is understood that future carburettors will incorporate the modified jets and springs, and the cost of these carburettors will be the same as at present. RHC.{R. H.
