X.4050 Straight-sided (wired-on) tyres.

To-day I have had a visit from Mr. Watts, of the Michelin Co. and have ascertained that said Company have no immediate intention of manufacturing straight-sided (wired-on) tyres. They are of the opinion that the beaded tyre is just as easy to take on and off as a straight-sided (wired-on) tyre.
