To Sy/MS. from Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/CTS.{C. Trot Salt - Carburation} c.c. SM. + 600. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/CTS.{C. Trot Salt - Carburation}3/MR.15.10.37. WRAITH INDUCTION PIPES. We wish to incorporate in our programme of induction pipe experiments; provision for trying a horizontal carburetter. It is suggested that a suitable alteration can be made to the centre box of the pipes shown on EX.S.75 - 81. If work has been started on those drawings however, it might be worth while issuing a drawing showing the necessary modification to the centre box, the alteration to the pattern to take place after a casting has been obtained to the existing drawing, and then a second casting to be obtained. This course would be of advantage to us, as the existence of two interchangeable centre boxes would give us more scope in our experiments. A suitable model horizontal carburetter can be supplied by Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/CTS.{C. Trot Salt - Carburation} Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/CTS.{C.
