| To RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} from Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} File Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} 8/KT.24.5.33. We are perpetually having trouble with oil getting on the servo linings, and in consequence suffer from defective brakes. We should be glad if you will incorporate the instructions contained in the attached Depot Sheets on the servos on our cars as they become available which should eventually overcome the trouble. The most important modification, as far as we are concerned, is the one given in Depot Sheet Hd.{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy} 232, as oil undoubtedly does run down the face of the servo and gets on to the fabric by the rivet holes.
