Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} X1113 Kingsbury, Oct. 8th, 1936. L. Preston's - Bentley. B.172.FB. This car I sent to the Works as reported to you (but I did not know the number). This owner has had Bentley's all his ownership lifes time. I understand that he has never been satisfied, is a fast driver, and if the truth is known his complaint that his wife etc. will not ride with him owing to excessive vibration is because of his driving and not due to the car. However he would not have been satisfied had Kingsbury dealt with the job. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/G.W.Hancock. | ||
