-4- (b) That if this scrapping entails above a small amount of scrap, before orders go out to Springfield from R.R.Ltd. the Drawing Office should find out from Springfield the amount of financial loss this scrapping would entail, and this would receive very sympathetic consideration from R.R.Ltd. (4) Petrol Tanks. Agreed - That Experimental Department should try and have these ready by November, and to send details of progress as arrived at, to Springfield. (5) How to reduce the quantity of Memos etc. at W. Agreed - That all departments should send representatives once a day at 12 noon to a general meeting place, where any questions between departments can be verbally discussed, no memos to be written. | ||
