X.3678. RE RADIATOR TUBES.

With reference to the sample radiator tubes which you have forwarded, Mr. Royce is anxious that you should follow as closely as possible our present practice and he does not desire any radical change in these tubes. He would like you to send, please, and explanation of why you did not follow the samples and specification sent from Derby.
