NEW PHANTOMCodename for PHANTOM I SERVO OPERATION.

Herewith we send N.sch.2185 shewing the proposed flexible washer behind one of the ball thrusts to cure servo jaggers.

This is in place of the rubber washer which we understand is now used, but of which we have not as yet seen a drawing.

R.{Sir Henry Royce} prefers a steel to a rubber spring.
