Attached herewith is a list of the principal complaints on the 20 HP. and Phantom cars dealt with by the Repair Dept. for 3 months.

We think this information is particularly valuable because it shows the faults which develop when the cars are in the hands of customers.

It will be seen that in most cases a cure for the complaint has already been standardised, or modifications are in hand, but this does not overcome the fact that there are a number of cars on the road with these unsatisfactory parts fitted to them.
