-2- The rubber connection from Engine block to Radiator, owing to rough roads soon gives trouble, a new one lasted me from here to Biarritz! The movement of the Radiator on very bad roads plays havoc and the actual joint is much too short on the pipes. Otherwise the car was most excellent in every way, and gave not one minute of trouble. I have now done over 12,000 miles, and will arrange to send it to Derby as soon as I can spare it. Foreign petrol being none too good the car needs decarbonising. How long do you need to decarbonise and overhaul the steering. If I knew this it would help me to decide when I could send it to you. Yours faithfully, (Signed) Stanley Johnson. | ||
