W. A.{Mr Adams} Robotham Esq.,
Messrs. Rolls Royce Ltd.,
Derby.

Dear Mr. Robotham,

My nephew, Mr. R.{Sir Henry Royce} S. J.{Mr Johnson W.M.} Boult, is associated with Messrs. George Adlam & Sons Ltd. of Bristol, who are engaged on the production of small precision aero-parts.

He has asked me if I can give him an introduction to Messrs. Rolls Royce Ltd. with the object of obtaining other work of this type. I have therefore taken this liberty of asking if you would be good enough to give him five minutes of your time and the benefit of your advice.

If this is at all inconvenient to you please do not bother with the matter at all. On the other hand, any kindness you can show him in this direction will be very greatly appreciated.

Again apologies for troubling you, I am,

Yours truly
FERODO LIMITED

Mongley.
Director.
