- 2 - The object of the discussion is to allocate the blame where it really lies, but not to victimize, we all learn by our mistakes and not by our successes, but we must be sure we do learn the lesson each mistake teaches in such a manner as to bend all our powers individually to the prevention of fault by the use of the mistake made, plus a large amount of imagination as to where such lessons learnt can be applied in other directions. Heads of Departments must be present, but they can bring with them any of their assistants who are directly concerned and interested, so as to make the result of the discussion most useful and lasting in its results.
